IGA Academy is an education platform that helps schools, teachers, students, and parents manage learning, progress, assignments, grades, announcements, and related school services.

Depending on your role, we may collect:

• Account details: name, email, phone number, password (stored securely), and role (student, teacher, parent, admin).
• School profile data: school, class, grade level, and linked parent–child relationships.
• Learning data: courses, assignments, quizzes, grades, attendance, progress, and feedback.
• Store and orders: products viewed, cart/order details needed to fulfill school store purchases.
• Device and app data: basic device information, app version, crash/diagnostic logs, and notification preferences when you use our mobile apps.
• Support messages: information you send when contacting us for help.

We use personal data to:

• provide and secure accounts and school portals
• deliver courses, practice, grading, and parent updates
• send important school notifications and digests you enable
• operate the school store and related services
• improve reliability, safety, and product features
• respond to support requests and meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use school learning data for unrelated advertising.

Schools may act as data controllers for student records they manage on the platform. IGA Academy processes that data to provide the education service requested by the school and its authorized users (admins, teachers, students, and parents).

We may share information with:

• Your school: authorized school staff according to your role and school settings.
• Service providers: trusted vendors that help us host, authenticate, store, or operate the platform (for example cloud hosting and authentication providers), under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Our Android and iOS apps load the IGA Academy parent (and related) portals. The apps may request permissions such as internet access and notifications. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in device settings.

Local device storage may keep session and preference data so you stay signed in and receive digests you have enabled.

We keep account and learning records for as long as needed to provide the service to your school, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Schools may request account closure or data removal according to their own policies and applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure authentication practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

IGA Academy is designed for school use, which may include minors. Student accounts and related records are managed under school authority. Parents/guardians linked by a school may view progress and updates for their children according to school settings.

Depending on your location and role, you may be able to:

• access or update your profile information
• manage notification preferences
• request correction or deletion through your school admin, by contacting us, or via our account deletion page
• withdraw optional consents (such as push notifications) in device settings

Our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. When we transfer data, we take steps intended to provide appropriate protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of IGA Academy after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
